EWS Energy appoints Deputy Managing Director

EWS Energy, the dedicated supplier of freight trains to the UK electricity supply industry, has appointed Jonathan Moser as Deputy Managing Director. He will support the strategic development of the EWS Energy business.
Jonathan joins EWS Energy from First GB Railfreight, where he was Business Development Director. He has over a decade of experience in the coal sector having also been Head of Coal Trading at Cargill International and Coal Supply Manager for TXU.
Paul Bates, Managing Director of EWS Energy, said:

In the last year EWS Energy has announced new contracts with British Energy, Drax Power Limited, E.ON UK, EDF Energy, RWE npower, Scottish and Southern Energy and ScottishPower.
