The innovative Electronic Customer Ordering System, called ECOS for short, allows our customers to order and plan their requirements from us on a weekly basis.

This on-line and paperless system removes inputting errors in the ordering process by highlighting inconsistent requests. This makes ordering easy, as well as problem and error free.

What's more, as all our locomotives are fitted with track and trace technology, ECOS allows our customers to monitor the delivery of their trains in real time as they progress on the rail network.

ECOS is a standard part of DB Schenker's service for energy customers and makes ordering trains as simple as possible.
