Sales Team
We have 3 major maintenance depots located at Toton, Stoke and Crewe. We also have several outstation locations and a mobile maintenance function. This allows us to deliver maintenance services at locations across the entire country.
Every year, DB Cargo UK’s Breakdown and Recovery Team responds to more than 110 incidents, providing a rapid and effective recovery service to keep the UK’s rail network moving.
Our emergency teams operate 24 hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week, 365 days-a-year and are based at Didcot in Oxfordshire, Wigan in Lancashire and Millerhill in Scotland.
We operate a fleet of vehicles and cranes, some of which can operate on both road and rail, meaning we can reach even the most remote areas of the network.
